FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE HISTORIC TRAIN DEPOT AND VISITORS' CENTER FOR THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to make improvements to the historic train depot and visitors' center for the chamber of commerce in Artesia in Eddy county.
