FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SEWER SYSTEM OF THE MESCALERO APACHE TRIBE IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred eighty thousand dollars ($180,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to the sewer system of the Mescalero Apache tribe in Mescalero in Otero county.
