FOR A TRAFFIC LIGHT AT THE CORNER OF FIRST AND RICHIE STREETS IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to purchase and install a traffic light at the corner of First and Richie streets in Eddy county.
