FOR BULLET-PROOF VESTS FOR THE ARTESIA POLICE DEPARTMENT IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for bullet-proof vests for the Artesia police department in Artesia in Eddy county.
