FOR TECHNOLOGY AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE HOY RECOVERY PROGRAM IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to purchase and install computer technology and equipment for the Hoy recovery program in Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
