REQUESTED BY Carlos R. Cisneros

FOR PLANNING AND DESIGNING A MASTER PLAN FOR THE RED RIVER SKI AREA IN RED RIVER IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan and design a master plan for the Red River ski area in Red River in Taos county.
