FOR FURNISHING AND EQUIPPING THE SOUTH VALLEY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CENTER AND SMALL BUSINESS INCUBATOR IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to furnish and equip the South Valley economic development center and small business incubator in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
