FOR AN OFFICE BUILDING FOR THE AGUA SANA WATER USERS ASSOCIATION IN HERNANDEZ IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred ten thousand dollars ($110,000) to plan, design and construct an office building for the Agua Sana water users association in Hernandez in Rio Arriba county.
