45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

FOR INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS AT THE SOUTH VALLEY CHARTER HIGH SCHOOL IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state department of public education

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to extend infrastructure to new buildings at the South Valley charter high school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county; and

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct a permanent classroom facility at the South Valley charter high school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
