FOR PLANNING AND DESIGNING THE DETENTION AND JUSTICE CENTER IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan and design the detention and justice center in Taos county.
