FOR CONSTRUCTING A BUILDING IN WAGON MOUND IN MORA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to construct a building in Wagon Mound in Mora county.
