FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE ESTANCIA MEDICAL AND DENTAL CLINIC IN ESTANCIA IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred forty-five thousand dollars ($145,000) to make improvements, including expansion, at the Estancia medical and dental clinic in Estancia in Torrance county.
