FOR EQUIPMENT FOR THE CIUDAD SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to purchase equipment to assist in efforts of hazard fuel reduction and watershed restoration for the Ciudad soil and water conservation district in Bernalillo county.
