FOR A MASTER PLAN FOR THE SINGING ARROW NEIGHBORHOOD PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for a master plan for the Singing Arrow neighborhood park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
