FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE LOS VECINOS COMMUNITY CENTER IN THE EAST MOUNTAIN AREA OF BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to make improvements, including parking lot expansion and outdoor lighting, at the Los Vecinos community center in the east mountain area of Bernalillo county.
