FOR DEVELOPING AND CONSTRUCTING RINCONADA PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to construct and develop Rinconada park, including irrigation and landscaping, in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
