SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 606

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Steve Komadina

FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for traffic control lights at the intersections of Camino del Pueblo and Calle Presidente and of state road 550 and Hill road in Sandoval county;

one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) for paving and drainage work on Sile road in Sandoval county;

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to pave various roads in the Placitas area in Sandoval county;

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to continue development of Pipeline road in Sandoval county; and

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to pave various roads in and around Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.
