FOR CONSTRUCTING A FACILITY FOR THE SATELLITE CAMPUS OF LUNA VOCATIONAL-TECHNICAL INSTITUTE IN SANTA ROSA IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the governing board of Luna vocational-technical institute

two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) to construct a facility for the satellite campus of Luna vocational-technical institute in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county.
