FOR AN AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRIAL PARK EAST OF FORT SUMNER IN DE BACA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to construct an agricultural industrial park east of Fort Sumner in De Baca county.
