FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN FORT SUMNER IN DE BACA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to make street improvements in Fort Sumner in De Baca county.
