FOR AN EMERGENCY HEALTH CARE CENTER IN FORT SUMNER IN DE BACA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of health

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to construct an emergency health care center in Fort Sumner in De Baca county.
