FOR REHABILITATION OF THE WATER STORAGE SYSTEM IN RUIDOSO DOWNS IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to rehabilitate the water storage system in Ruidoso Downs in Lincoln county.
