FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IN CARRIZOZO IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to reconstruct the wastewater treatment plant in Carrizozo in Lincoln county.
