FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE ELECTRICAL AND ENERGY SYSTEMS AT LUNA VOCATIONAL-TECHNICAL INSTITUTE IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the governing board of Luna vocational-technical institute

one million seven hundred eighty-nine thousand dollars ($1,789,000) to make infrastructure improvements to the underground electrical distribution and energy management system at Luna vocational-technical institute in Las Vegas in San Miguel county.
