FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM IN TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES IN SIERRA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one million four hundred thousand dollars ($1,400,000) to construct improvements to the water distribution system in Truth or Consequences in Sierra county, contingent on a match from the federal government.
