FOR A FIRE DEPARTMENT-COMMUNITY CENTER IN HIGHLAND MEADOWS IN THE NORTHWESTERN AREA OF VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan and design a fire department-community center at Highland Meadows in the northwestern area of Valencia county.
