FOR THE STUDY AND DESIGN OF THE HASLER VALLEY ALTERNATIVE ACCESS ROUTE IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for the study and design of the Hasler Valley alternative access route in McKinley county.
