FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO FIVE POINTS ROAD SW IN THE ATRISCO AREA OF THE SOUTH VALLEY IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) to acquire rights of way and to construct roadway drainage and pavement improvements to Five Points road SW from Bridge boulevard to Atrisco drive in the south valley, including sections of this street both inside and outside the city of Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
