FOR DITCH BANK GATES FOR THE MIDDLE RIO GRANDE CONSERVANCY DISTRICT IN THE SOUTH VALLEY OF BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the interstate stream commission

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for the middle Rio Grande conservancy district to purchase and install gates at ditch banks in the south valley of Bernalillo county.
