FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE BUENA VISTA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER AND SEWAGE WORKS CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION WATER SYSTEM IN MORA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to make improvements to the water system of the Buena Vista mutual domestic water and sewage works consumers association in Mora county.
