FOR CONSTRUCTING THE ELFEGO BACA MEMORIAL IN RESERVE IN CATRON COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to construct the Elfego Baca memorial in Reserve in Catron county.
