FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT WESTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of western New Mexico university

seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000) for phase 3 of the construction of the athletic complex at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county.
