FOR CARRYING OUT THE PURPOSES OF THE NEW MEXICO COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE ACT.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico community development council

five million dollars ($5,000,000) to carry out the purposes of the New Mexico Community Assistance Act, and this appropriation shall not revert to the severance tax bonding fund.
