FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT BALLOON FIESTA PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) to make improvements, including landscaping, upgrading the storm drainage and parking lot and relocating the national atomic museum from Kirtland air force base, to Balloon Fiesta park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
