FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE BALL PARK IN ANTHONY IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for improvements to the ball park in Anthony in Dona Ana county.
