FOR A MEMORIAL TO SANDY PICKENS AT THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE ROSWELL INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to construct a memorial to Sandy Pickens at the administrative office of the Roswell independent school district in Chaves county.
