FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE ALCO BUILDING IN GRANTS IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to continue improvements to the Alco building for telecommunications in Grants in Cibola county.
