FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO PUBLIC BUILDINGS AND PARKS TO COMPLY WITH THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT OF 1990 IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design, renovate and make improvements to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 at public buildings and parks in Dona Ana county.
