FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE ROSWELL CORRECTIONAL CENTER IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the capital program fund

six million six hundred eighty-nine thousand seven hundred forty-seven dollars ($6,689,747) to plan, design, construct, equip, furnish and make selective removals at the Roswell correctional center in Chaves county.
