FOR INSTALLING A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE FAIRVIEW EXTENSION AND STATE ROAD 291 IN ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

twenty-eight thousand dollars ($28,000) to install a traffic signal at the Fairview extension and state road 291 near the Espanola high school in Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
