FOR PHASE 2 CONSTRUCTION OF THE EL MOLINO AREA DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for phase 2 construction of a large detention pond and continuation of drainage and roadway improvements in the El Molino area of Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
