SUMMARY

 

     Synopsis of Bill

 

House Bill 120 appropriates $260.0 from the general fund to Northern New Mexico State School for the purpose of providing training for middle school teachers so they may be better prepared to teach minority students in the subject area of science, math and technology.

 

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS

 

The appropriation of $260.0 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2003 shall revert to the general fund.
