     Synopsis of Bill

 

House Bill 419 appropriates $300.0 from the general fund to the Governing Board of Luna Vocational-Technical School for a women’s advocacy center to support education for pregnant teenagers and single mothers.

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS

 

The appropriation of $300.0 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY2003 shall revert to the general fund.
