SUMMARY

House Joint Memorial 65 requests that counties, municipalities, other political subdivisions and boards of regents of the state educational institutions to have cost-benefit analyses conducted to determine if the consolidated purchasing single process is more cost effective for the purchase of health care benefits.  The bill further asks that those requested above, present their findings and recommendations on to an appropriate interim committee by October 1, 2002.
