Senate Bill 41 increases salaries of elected county officers by 15 percent, except for county surveyors.

OTHER SUBSTANTIVE ISSUES

 

The annual salaries for county surveyors of class A counties shall not exceed nineteen thousand four hundred forty-two dollars ($19,442).  Except for class H and A counties, the annual salaries of each county surveyor for all counties shall be determined at a reasonable rate by the Board of County Commissioners.
