SUMMARY

 

     Synopsis of Bill

 

Senate Bill 307 proposes to require county clerks to report to the Secretary of State absentee and early in-person vote totals for each precinct in the county within thirty days of the date of the election.

 

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS

 

There is no appropriation associated with this bill.  Any fiscal or administrative implications will be absorbed by the county clerks.
