has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, line 6, after "this" insert "advisory".

2. On page 3, line 9, after "education" insert ", the children, youth and families department".

3. On page 3, line 10, after "the" strike the remainder of the line, strike all of line 11, strike line 12 through "requires" and insert in lieu thereof "advisory council develop a six-year plan that includes".

4. On page 4, strike line 11 up to the semicolon and insert in lieu thereof "is literate".

5. On page 4, line 19, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "and".

6. On page 4, line 19, after "board of education" strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof ", working through".

7. On page 4, line 20, after "council" insert a comma.

8. On page 4, line 20, strike "their" and insert in lieu thereof "the six-year".

9. On page 5, line 1, after the first "education" insert ", the director of the legislative finance committee.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
