1. On page 1, line 13, strike "HIGHWAY 550" and insert "ALL RURAL 4 LANE HIGHWAYS".

2. On page 2, line 3, strike "highway 550" and insert "all rural 4 lane highways".,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
