AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE NEW MEXICO OFFICE OF INDIAN AFFAIRS FOR THE PURPOSE OF FUNDING THE WALATOWA VISITORS CENTER.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Forty thousand dollars ($40,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2004 for the purpose of funding the Walatowa visitors center. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2004 shall revert to the general fund.
