has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 15, lines 5 through 7, strike Subsection M in its entirety.

2. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

3. Strike House Appropriations and Finance Committee Amendments 2 through 5.

4. On page 110, line 8, strike "LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL SERVICE" and insert in lieu thereof "DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION".

5. On page 110, line 11, strike "legislative council service" and insert in lieu thereof "department of finance and administration".

6. On page 110, lines 23 and 24, strike "New Mexico legislative council,".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
